It's 2 weeks before her first birthday and truth be told, I was starting to get a LITTLE bit nervous about it. I mean, most babies are walking by this milestone, not starting to crawl! But, Nora can pull up a little bit, rolls everywhere, sits from a laying down position, and more. She's clearly developing normally!
We'd seen the signs that she was about to crawl for a couple of weeks. She was pushing backwards and getting up on her knees...rocking back and forth, and so on. Then she started taking a couple of crawling "paces" and would fall flat on her tummy. She was ovbiously frustrated but trying!
The object that finally got her to make a move was her lovey. My friend Debby gave it to her when she was born and she LOVES it. Loves it so much, in fact, that she sleeps with her lovey AND Jack's two loveys that are just like it (also from Debby! Thanks, Debs!)
Yeah, baby girl! We are so proud of you!
